Im 15 and i have scholiosis. my doctor said my back is bent about 20 degrees. but i went to check up on my back 6 months later and it hasnt change. i weigh 130 pounds like mabey 11% body fat and i can do like 2 reps with 70 pounds. im scared that it might bend even more because ive been lifting all summer 2 times a week. whats the max weight i should lift because of this?
I'm 17, 5'0 and 98 lbs. Don't tell me not to lose weight - I'm determined to be 90 lbs. I have a very small body frame - Please try to understand. If I eat 1200 - 1300 calories a day and go to the gym almost every day, using an elliptical to burn off 300 - 400 calories a time, will I lose weight? Is this healthy? Should I add muscle training too? But isn't it impossible to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, because of the calorie restriction? Also, how long would it take to lose the 8 lbs? THANKS!

Well, I'm slightly not sure with what I should do, I've been on a diet for about 7 months, lost 73 pounds, and just have 5 more pounds to go. What should I set my mindset to? Breakfast; water with lemon juice special k cereal egg white fruit snack strawberys & walnuts lunch wheat toast and scrambeled eggs snack2 yogurt or kiwi or apple dinner brown rice and salad and run in the morning or afternoon for 30+ and do fittv excercise can i lose 20pounds and more but october/november? mostly fat? and im 15 150 and 5'5 please help?
